From M50 junction 2 Turn south (marked 'Gloucester') onto A417 Turn left half a mile later onto unclassified road marked 'The Malverns' Follow this road for 2 miles, turn left after entering Berrow and join the B4208 , keeping straight on for another half-mile Turn left onto A438 marked 'Ledbury' and 'Eastnor Castle' After 1 mile road opens onto common, pass a small church on your right At the 40mph sign turn right onto track which leads to cottage (100 metres) |
From GLOUCESTER Take A417 north marked 'Ledbury' Pass through Maisemore, Hartpury and arrive at Staunton. Turn left at mini roundabout to stay on A417 Turn right 3 miles later onto unclassified road marked 'The Malverns' Follow this road for 2 miles, turn left after entering Berrow and join the B4208, keeping straight on for another half-mile Turn left onto A438 marked 'Ledbury' and 'Eastnor Castle' After 1 mile road opens onto common, pass a small church on your right At the 40mph sign turn right onto track which leads to cottage (100 metres) |
From TEWKESBURY Take A38 north marked 'Worcester' Turn left at roundabout and pass over River Avon Turn left onto A438 one mile later. After traffic lights pass over River Severn. Follow this road for 7.5 miles, arriving at Rye Cross Garage Turn right and left to stay on A438 marked 'Ledbury' and 'Eastnor Castle' After 1 mile road opens onto common, pass a small church on your right At the 40mph sign turn right onto track which leads to cottage (100 metres) |
From LEDBURY Take A449 marked 'Worcester' and 'Malvern Turn right onto A438 one mile later, marked 'Eastnor'. Follow this road for 4 miles, arriving at Hollybush as the road climbs up into the Malvern Hills, and down the other side. As the road levels out. after the crossroads, Turn left at the Derestricted speed signs onto a track which leads to cottage (100 metres). If you pass a small church on your left you have missed the turn. |
From WORCESTER Take A449 south marked 'Malvern' and 'Ledbury' Turn left onto B4424 at Powick, marked 'Upton' and 'Three Counties Showground' Follow this road for 5 miles, passing through Callow End Turn right onto B4211 marked 'Malvern' and immediately left for 'Hanley Swan' Follow road to Hanley Swan and onto Welland and Castlemorton (7 miles) Turn right onto A438 marked ' Ledbury' and 'Eastnor Castle' After 1 mile road opens onto common, pass a small church on your right At the 40mph sign turn right onto a track which leads to cottage (100 metres). |
